The Site is currently zoned I2 – Community Institutional. To realize our vision for 60 Caledon, amendments to Hamilton’s zoning by-laws 05-200 and 6593 are required.
The rezoning process provides for formal opportunities for the community to give feedback on the proposal. However, as long-term stakeholders with a mission to build community, we believe it is important to engage in public consultation beyond what is required. To that end, we will hold regular open webinars to provide updates on the project, solicit feedback, and to respond to frequently asked questions.
